We are recruiting for an Office Manager to oversee the professional and efficient administration of the school business support team. You may be working as an Office Manager or Operations Manager or you may be looking for the next step in your career. Experience of working within a school is desired but not essential as we fully support professional and career development. We anticipate you will be an ambitious individual who will work closely with our School Business Leader who will support you in this role.

You will manage a professional team of school support staff including Administration, Reprographics and Reception and lead on the fast paced, varied, day-to-day operations of the school support function. The role will include managing the administration budget.

It is essential that you are strong in interpersonal skills, communication and organisation as there will be a need to deal professionally with all of the schools’ stakeholders, including pupils, visitors, school governors and parents. We are looking for someone resilient, a great multitasker, who has experience of line managing a team, prioritising work, using Management Information Systems and the ability to interpret school policy.
