Office Manager / PA to Head of School job summary

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated Office Manager/PA to Head of School commencing late Autumn 2025 to be located at Grangewood School in the first instance (currently based at the Grand Union Village site) until Grand Union Village School opens in January 2026.

The Office Manager will support the set up of Grand Union Village School prior to opening and on opening, will work with the Head of School, Senior Management Team and manage the office team.

Grand Union Village

An 80-place primary school in the south of the borough on a site adjacent to Grand Union Village; for children 4 – 11 years with severe learning difficulties, physical and complex needs, including autism.

The school is designed to accommodate the latest developments in child-centred learning and therapy provision for children including a hydrotherapy pool, sensory provision and purpose-built therapy rooms, which will provide additional learning and sensory opportunities for our pupils.
