Office Manager job summary
We have an opportunity to join our school administration team as an Office Manager.
Working under the direction of the Headteacher and senior staff, the successful applicant will be a key member of the school and administration team and will provide high-level administrative and organisational services, and oversee the administrative function of the school.
The successful candidate will have:
Level 2 qualifications (or equivalent) including English and
maths at least grade C;
Experience of development, management and operation of
administrative systems;
Experience of working in a similar administrative role;
Proven experience of ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure;
Excellent interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills.
NVQ level 3 in Business Administration and experience of a similar role in an education setting would be an advantage but not essential.
