Shinewater Primary School and Nursery is looking for a warm, friendly and efficient Office Manager to join ‘Team Shine’

We are looking to appoint someone to lead and manage the running of the School Office on a day to day basis, monitoring and developing the administration systems and the organisation of the school office. They will be expected to support the Headteacher and Senior Leaders with administrative and organisational tasks and liaise with other schools and departments within the Trust.

A strong administrative background is essential. The post holder will ideally have experience within a school or education setting, but this is not essential.

The successful candidate will be approachable, resilient, highly organised and operate effectively and efficiently in all areas of their work, both independently and when directed. They will also have good communication skills with pupils, parents and staff as well as with numerous outside agencies.
