Office Manager job summary

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Office Manager to manage the administrative functions within the school office. The main purpose of the role is to provide general administration support to the School under the direction or instruction of Senior Staff and to contribute to varied day to day tasks to ensure the smooth running of the school.

The office manager is the first point of contact for parents, students and staff. The post-holder will work independently using their own initiative to carry out their duties effectively and ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Working Days & Hours : 8.30am - 3.30pm with a half hour unpaid lunch break over 2-3 days a week . Term time only plus occasional Inset Days as required. Times & days are flexible and to be mutually agreed.

Salary : H3 - H5 depending on experience
