Join a high performing and collaborative team dedicated to supporting the educational provision at William Howard School.

We are seeking a dynamic and competent candidate to manage and oversee the daily operations of the Academy office, ensuring efficient administration, communication and support services. This includes promoting a positive image of the Academy, managing attendance and health procedures, liaising with staff and parents, coordinating the administrative team, implementing policies, utilising technology and maintaining high standards of service delivery through effective leadership, teamwork and staff development.

The successful candidate will:

- hold appropriate academic qualifications to at least GCSE standard or be able to demonstrate competency through proven experience in a similar role.

- have experience of leading and inspiring a high performing team.

- be seeking to develop a career working with young people in an educational context and will have relevant experience in a similar environment or appropriate qualifications.

- be well-organised and capable of working on their own initiative to a high level of accuracy and presentation with good time-management skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently within set deadlines and time scales.
