Hours: Full time, 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent, all year round

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Office Supervisor to lead our dedicated reception and administration team at Salford City Academy.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the main office reporting to the Office Manager.

You will:

- Ensure an efficient, effective and welcoming environment in the Academy’s reception area and to ensure that the Academy’s response to telephone calls is as prompt and efficient as possible

- Support the Academy’s communication procedures both within the Academy and with all the different constituents in the community

- Provide administrative support for the Academy

- Provide effective line management of the main office team including training, objective setting and professional coaching

- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
