What skills and experience we're looking for

Oakfield is a residential special school catering for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils with social, emotional and mental health difficulties.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and positive individual who is caring, approachable and compassionate by nature with excellent communication skills.

You must have relevant experience and knowledge to be able to communicate confidently with pupils and parents/carers, as appropriate.

You will be required to work outside of the school building supporting pupils in the community.

Candidates must have a full current driving license and must have attained an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
