What skills and experience we're looking for

We are now recruiting for an On Site Provision Inclusion Leader to lead the day to day operation of the Alternative Provision Unit on our Campus. The Unit is to support students who find the school system challenging, including those anxiety-based school refusers and / or those who struggle to regulate emotions and behaviour within the school.The successful candidate will have experience working with students identifying learning needs and barriers to behaviours. They will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to work in partnership with students, parents, staff, and external agencies.
