Term Time + 2 weeks
Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm
Salary: £30,296 - £34,834 FTE

Are you passionate about safeguarding and the well-being of young people? Do you want to play a key role in safeguarding students at Denbigh School?
Denbigh School is seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to join our safeguarding team as an Operational Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). In this role, you will work closely with the Senior DSL to manage safeguarding and child protection responsibilities, referrals and ensure prompt action is taken to protect students.
Alongside the Senior DSL, you will liaise with external agencies, maintain accurate records and support staff on child protection matters, delivering training and ensuring all safeguarding policies are effectively implemented.
Denbigh School is an excellent school with an enviable reputation. It is a highly successful, over-subscribed comprehensive school with 1750 students aged 11 – 18 and over 200 staff.
