Operations Manager job summary

The Operations Manager role is a crucial part of the business management of the school and forms part of the leadership of the school.

The role is directly responsible for the efficient and robust delivery of the operation and administrative functions in the school, being specifically responsible for the premises, admin, IT and contractors.

The successful candidate will have a substantive role in relation to managing the school site, ensuring the school is fully compliant with health and safety legislation. They will manage the site and admin teams as well as IT support and Catering contracts.

  • Have the ability to lead and motivate staff
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
