Operations Officer job summary
Due to the continued expansion of our Trust, we are excited to be recruiting an additional Operations Officer to join us as we grow. As part of the Trust central team, the successful applicant is likely to be able to work on a hybrid basis.
Grade 5, spinal point 16-20 £25,991 - £29,577 pro rata (actual salary £23,759 - £27,037 PA)
Permanent post, 37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Officer will work with the team in areas including the management of: -
• Health & Safety
• Premises and site maintenance and repair
• Contracts
• Fixed assets
• Record keeping
The successful candidate will be:
• Extremely organised, accurate and tenacious
• An effective communicator at all levels
• Able to demonstrate high levels of numeracy and literacy
• Punctual, flexible and reliable
• Prepared to work across multiple sites, preferably with their own transport
