Outdoor education forms an integral part of the curriculum at Ashton park School. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about the outdoors and has experience of leading outdoor education programmes. You will be a creative and inspiring individual. As an excellent communicator, influencer and team player, you will be willing to take on new challenges with the freedom to explore new initiatives to benefit our pupils, as you shape and grow our whole school outdoor learning and adventure programme.

You will lead our Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme alongside our current adventure programmes which includes climbing, team building, forest school and Ten Tors. Sharing our commitment to high standards of professionalism and academic achievement, you will have the drive and energy to inspire and support our pupils, and to go the extra mile to help them achieve their personal best.
