What skills and experience we're looking for
Are you an organised, proactive, and highly professional individual looking to support a dynamic educational leader? Holland Park School is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to the Principal to provide high-level administrative and organisational support, ensuring the smooth and effective running of the Headteacher’s office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Headteacher’s diary, appointments, and correspondence efficiently.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Assist with school communication, reports, and documentation.
- Support HR and recruitment processes where required.
- Undertake other administrative duties to enhance school operations.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Previous experience in an educational setting (desirable but not essential).
