Are you an organised, proactive, and highly professional individual looking to support a dynamic educational leader? Holland Park School is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to the Principal to provide high-level administrative and organisational support, ensuring the smooth and effective running of the Headteacher’s office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Headteacher’s diary, appointments, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Assist with school communication, reports, and documentation.
  • Support HR and recruitment processes where required.
  • Undertake other administrative duties to enhance school operations.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting (desirable but not essential).
