Job summary

Tinsley Meadows Primary Academy are seeking to appoint a highly motivated PA to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, who will take the lead in the planning, development and operation of Senior Leadership administrative systems.

You will be an excellent organiser and communicator with a proactive and friendly attitude. You will have the ability to multi task and be flexible enough to work in a complex and demanding school environment. You will also be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines. Experience of minute taking would be an advantage, however full training can be provided for the right candidate with an appropriate level of transferable skills. You must be able to work until 6.30 pm on Tuesdays to minute the senior leadership team meetings. You will have an excellent understanding of Microsoft packages, including Outlook 365, windows, excel and powerpoint, or the ability to get quickly up to speed on these systems. Experience of social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook is desirable, but not essential;
