Astrum Multi Academy Trust includes Newbridge School, an outstanding all-through special school supporting pupils with severe and complex needs. About the Role

As a trusted partner to the Executive Team and key support to our governance structures, you will:

  • Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to senior leaders
  • Act as Clerk to the Trust Board and committees, ensuring robust and effective governance
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions with precision
  • Enable strong communication and collaboration between Trustees, Governors, and leadership teams

About You

You will bring:

  • Strong administrative expertise, including advanced Microsoft 365 skills
  • Excellent numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
  • The ability to build relationships with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism
  • Outstanding planning and organisational capability, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • An understanding of governance processes, or a genuine ambition to learn and develop in this area
  • A proactive, flexible mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and making a difference
