27.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time plus 5 working days by agreement)
Monday to Friday; 0900-1430 (these are the prefered hours, however this can be discussed at interview)
Cams Hill School is seeking to appoint a skilled and dedicated Personal Assistant to support the Headteacher and the wider leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with young people.

This role requires someone with a dynamic and solution-focused mindset, capable of working closely with the Headteacher and leadership team to meet the school’s goals.
The PA will be solely responsible for administrative support for the Headteacher as well as assisting in the overall administrative management of the school. Specific roles for the Headteacher will include but are not exclusive to diary management, personnel issues, filing and hospitality. The PA will also have responsibility for a number of whole school administrative tasks such as pupil travel to school, website management and the development and management of the whole school calendar. Wider administration across the school could include reception cover, first aid cover and collation of whole school information.
You must be resilient and committed to achieving the highest standards, have the ability and stamina to work under pressure, be able to use your own initiative, work with pupils, demonstrate great administration experience and understanding of IT systems and love working in an environment where our young people and staff are the heart of everything that we do. We would like to appoint someone who is able to learn to love this school as much as we all do

Understanding of safeguarding (training provided).

Positive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations.
