We are recruiting for Para-Teachers and Learning Mentors:
Recent graduate wanting to make a real difference in the lives of young people?
Considered Teacher Training but not yet ready to commit?
Looking to train as a teacher, but in need of relevant experience?
Following a period of sustained school improvement and growth in student numbers, we are seeking to appoint quality graduates to positions in our student support and curriculum teams. We are over-subscribed for places in Year 7 again for 2021-22.
The positions will offer high calibre candidates an opportunity to work in roles supporting young people in making rapid progress in their learning.
Suitable candidates will have a strongly embedded desire to work with young people and help them to achieve positive academic outcomes. They will be resourceful, resilient problem solvers, well equipped for identifying and then dismantling individual barriers to learning.
Exceptional non-graduate candidates may be considered.
