What skills and experience we're looking for
-
- Be flexible, reliable and patient and exhibit a calm, professional manner at all times;
- Have excellent literacy, numeracy and ICT skills and be able to work as part of a team; (knowledge of the SIMS system would be advantageous);
- Have the ability to build positive relationships with both children and their families, having an understanding of children’s social, emotional and behavioural needs as a barrier to learning;
- Support pupils and families to ensure regular attendance and implement initiatives in order to promote and improve attendance;
- Be committed to professional development.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with our parents and carers, members of our Governing Body, our wider community and other professional agencies to support the wellbeing of our families;
- Be flexible, reliable and patient and exhibit a calm, professional manner at all times;
