What skills and experience we're looking for

• Can communicate effectively and work in a team environment
• Have recent experience of working with primary aged children
• Provide targeted support to enhance learning for children with EHCPS
• Are able to work under the guidance of the class teacher but can use their own initiative
• Are patient, calm and have a good sense of humour
• Will be committed to the role, our values and our team
