Part Time Admin Assistant (with Reception Duties) job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join us to work as an Admin Assistant/Receptionist large Secondary School.
The ideal candidate would have experience of working in a school environment and be familiar with SIMs the system used in the school.
.
They should also have excellent communications skills, as they will be on occasions be working on the main reception desk.
The key purpose of the role is to support the administrative function of the school, duties include main reception and admin work relating to admissions, behaviour management, parents evenings, transition and primary liaison work. The successful candidate would be expected to be a First Aider (training provided).
