The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified teacher that is passionate about making a difference to all children
• Will be able to confidently and effectively teach Year 6.
• Have the ability to teach across the whole primary curriculum

• Have a flexible approach to working with others
• Be a caring professional who values the development of the whole child and has a passionate belief in the potential of young people
• Believe in the importance of strong relationships and strives to build these with children, families and colleagues

• Have consistently high expectations of pupils’ achievement, attitudes to learning and behaviour and the positive nurturing of children
• Be committed to modelling and supporting the school’s Christian Values

Great Wilbraham Church of England Primary Academy is a friendly village school set in an attractive rural village about 4 miles east of Cambridge. Our school is committed to providing an excellent standard of education with a strong caring Christian ethos.

The school was re-housed in a new building in 1995 and has since been extended several times, giving us excellent facilities. It is surrounded by extensive grounds providing a rich resource to enhance the curriculum.
