Part Time Class Teacher (2 days per week 0.4FTE)



At Chipstead Valley Primary School, we are looking for a passionate class teacher to deliver high quality teaching in our KS2 department, while successfully nurturing and inspiring our pupils. The successful candidate will also have the ambition to develop their own teaching skills, as well as innovate and drive standards forward within their class. As part of our energetic and welcoming team, this person will demonstrate commitment to school improvement and further developing the opportunities for our children, whilst maintaining a healthy and happy learning environment for all.


Chipstead Valley Primary School is an outstanding school based in Coulsdon. Our school is set in vast grounds in a superb rural location and has a wide range of excellent learning facilities. You will have the opportunity to work alongside dedicated teachers and to observe and share good practice on a regular basis. About Chipstead Valley Primary School

Chipstead Valley is a 3-form entry primary school located on the border of Croydon and Surrey. We are fortunate enough to be based in superb grounds with ever-evolving facilities, both inside and out. These include a swimming pool, mini-gym, cycle track, outdoor classroom, reading garden, immersive learning suite, woodland, conservation and orchard areas and an award winning, extensive growing area, which is cultivated by both staff and children. Our school also prides itself on outdoor learning and global learning opportunities; core threads running through all aspects of our curriculum.
