The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Their ability as an excellent classroom practitioner, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning at all times;
- Passion for learning and the ability to encourage, enthuse, motivate & inspire our children through our engaging curriculum and stimulating learning environments;
- Commitment to school improvement and the aims, purpose & Catholic ethos of our school;
- High expectations of pupil achievement and pupil behaviour and have a clear vision of excellence in both key stages;
- Commitment to the development of supportive relationships between home, school and outside agencies and be an effective communicator with all members of the school community.
- A willingness to take responsibility for leading a subject area.
