What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, skilled and motivated individual to join our happy and hard-working team. This is an opportunity to teach in Year 2 and to join an amazing school and wider community. We are looking for an individual who: • demonstrates outstanding practice in education • has high expectations of children’s behaviour and attitudes in learning • has experience of and the skills to teach in key stage 1 • has the ability to work in partnership, communicating effectively with children, parents, staff and governors • has the ability to inspire and motivate children • has a strong commitment to professionally develop • has experience of a range of inclusive approaches which will allow children with additional needs to enable them to thrive and make progress. • has excellent communication and inter-personal skills and work effectively as part of a team.
