What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and positive Key Stage 2 class teacher until August 2025 for a Year 3 class. If you can demonstrate good to outstanding classroom practice, we would like to hear from you and warmly welcome applications from experienced teachers.

The successful candidate will be a good or better, confident classroom practitioner with high expectations of children´s achievement and behaviour. You will be committed to improving standards and have the skills to create a stimulating and purposeful learning environment, ensuring all learners are achieving their best. With a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills you will have a commitment to work as part of a team and contribute to the wider aspects of school life being committed to working in partnership with parents / carers, governors and the local community.

We will be a Primary Academy from September 2024 (Langstone Infants and Langstone Juniors will be merging, we currently share the same headteacher, Mrs Jane Bush, and will continue to do so as a Primary Academy).
