Paulton Infant School is a three form entry school, situated in an expanding village, located to the north of the Mendip Hills serving the local community and surrounding areas. We are based on the same site as Paulton Junior School and share the same values and ethos. Apart from this, however, the Infant School operates entirely independently and is therefore able to focus teaching and learning, resources and management to meet the specific needs of four to seven year olds.
In October 2020, we joined The Partnership Trust; a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT). The Trust also has high expectations and an inclusive ethos and Trust leaders work closely together to ensure strong provision to nurture aspirations for all children within the MAT.
Paulton Infant School is a welcoming, happy and inclusive school community, providing exciting, broad and creative learning opportunities for all pupils. It is our core aim to ensure that every child leaves us as a happy self-confident, fulfilled and respectful individual taking responsibility for their choices and having ambitions for their future. Parent Partnership is extremely important to us and we strive to ensure that we provide excellent communication with families and carers at all times.
We are a committed, friendly and supportive staff team aiming for excellence for all. Our leadership team has a wealth of experience and a drive to promote professional development. We have supportive and committed governors and delightful, kind and friendly children who are eager to learn and reach for the stars.
