  • A teacher who is passionate about teaching in Key Stage 2 and is committed to inspiring children to achieve their best.
  • A teacher who provides strong pastoral support for children and is committed to promoting pupils’ wellbeing, personal development, and emotional needs.
  • A teacher who can effectively meet the needs of pupils with SEND through inclusive practice, adaptive teaching, and appropriate support and challenge.
  • A teacher who can plan and deliver engaging, well-sequenced KS2 lessons that meet the needs of all pupils and promote high expectations, particularly in maths and writing.
  • Someone who uses assessment effectively to adapt teaching and provide appropriate stretch and challenge, enabling more pupils to achieve greater depth.
  • A collaborative professional who will contribute to the development and implementation of the school curriculum and work closely with colleagues in planning.
  • A practitioner who maintains excellent classroom behaviour routines and promotes pupils’ personal development in line with our school values.
  • A team player who enjoys working within a small, supportive staff team and building positive relationships with parents and the wider community.
  • An individual who is committed to fulfilling statutory responsibilities, including safeguarding, accurate record keeping, and contributing to whole-school improvement priorities.
