PART TIME LETTINGS AND SITE ASSISTANT(SATURDAYS)
£23,893 - £26,421 p.a. Full time equivalent
Actual salary: £5,046 -£5,328 p.a.
7.5 hours per week
Work Pattern – 8.00am to 4.30pm, Saturdays, with a one-hour lunch break.
(Additional evening hours will occasionally be available, paid at overtime rates)
This is an exciting opportunity for a flexible and reliable person with relevant experience and initiative to join our team. You will support the smooth operation of our out-of-hours Lettings, undertaking a range of duties to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for evening and weekend users of the Academy buildings and grounds. You will also carry out basic day-to-day maintenance tasks and site-related administration, whilst remaining on call to support our customers.
