PART TIME RECEPTIONIST

ELSTREE SCREEN ARTS ACADEMY

22 hours per week Term Time plus 5 INSET days and 2 weeks holiday working

Mon & Tues 8.30am - 5pm, Fri 8.30am - 3pm

H3 Point 5-6: £23,500 - £23,893 + £951 fringe allowance FTE (pro rata)

 Actual Salary including fringe allowance: £13,076 - £13,287

We are seeking a part-time receptionist to provide reception services at school and fulfil specified administrative responsibilities.


We would like you to have:

Essential

  • Experience of working in an office environment in an administrative role
  • Experience of ICT (ideally the Google suite)
  • Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • The ability to communicate on all levels on the telephone, in person and in written communication with a range of stake-holders 
  • Ability to understand the needs of students, visitors and staff
  • A cheerful, positive and professional approach 

Desirable

  • Experience of working within a school environment
  • Knowledge of school procedures, including safeguarding
  • Experience of using a MIS package
