What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a SENDCo who:

  • will promote the vision and culture that supports the school’s SEND policy
  • is inclusive and promotes good outcomes for pupils with SEND
  • sustains our nurturing environment, where staff and children’s well-being and mental health is a priority
  • who will drive SEND across the Primary Phase

The successful candidate will be capable of inspiring pupils through their passion for teaching and learning, and a desire to make a difference to pupil achievement.
