What skills and experience we're looking for
The governors of this very good, ambitious Catholic school wish to appoint a dynamic and inspirational teacher who is capable of teaching Music at KS3 and KS4.
We are seeking candidates of the highest calibre to join a team comprising 3 teachers within our Expressive Arts Department. The person appointed should have the ability to teach Music up to GCSE level.
If you are interested in developing professionally and can validate relevant experience, this post offers a great opportunity to work in a school with an exciting future. The post is open to professionals at all stages in their career.
The school continues to be a ‘Good’ school, with the latest Ofsted visit being in January 2020.
If successful, you will be joining a very hard-working team who are supportive of each other, enjoy their work and have a clear understanding of the drive to help all pupils achieve. The building and facilities offer outstanding provision and we are committed to ensuring teaching and learning matches this.
N.B. We also currently have a part-time position for a Teacher of Art. A full-time contract would be considered for a candidate able to deliver both subjects.
