What skills and experience we're looking for

Join UKAT in our mission to forge impactful partnerships and lead educational change. As the Partnership & Outreach Manager, you'll shape our vision, collaborating closely with stakeholders like The University of Kent, local primary schools, and universities.

Your focus will be nurturing these partnerships, bolstering UKAT's reputation, and amplifying our community presence. Working with Associate Assistant Principals for Partnership & Outreach, you'll pinpoint opportunities aligned with our goals and negotiate agreements for mutual benefit.

With a proactive approach, you will oversee administrative duties, including marketing, Duke of Edinburgh Award administration, website management, events coordination, and support. Your leadership will guide seamless execution, fostering a collaborative environment for growth.

You’ll drive our marketing and social media strategy, spearheading campaigns to promote our initiatives and engage our audience effectively. You will also lead the development of student enrichment programmes, moulding interests and honing academic skills.

As the architect behind partnership events, you will facilitate networking opportunities and nurture collaboration among stakeholders. Your role as the primary liaison for partner organisations will fortify relationships and drive collective success.

Join us at UKAT, where your passion for partnership development and strategic vision will shape education's future. Let's make a lasting impact and empower the next generation together.
