What skills and experience we're looking for

About the Role:

As a Pastoral Administrator, you will manage various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our Pastoral team. This includes handling phone calls, managing appointments, maintaining student records, and producing necessary reports. You will play a key role in supporting the behaviour management processes and assisting with the overall pastoral care of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage phone calls and messages for the pastoral team.
  • Schedule appointments and produce correspondence and reports.
  • Maintain logs of student support plans (PSPs) and organise review dates.
  • Prepare data for leadership teams and external visits.
  • Provide administrative support for behaviour management and panel meetings.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including updating records and handling reception duties.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
