Pastoral Administration Assistant job summary

We are looking to appoint a highly organised Administrator to join us to play an important role in supporting the School’s Pastoral team and wider Professional Services on a full or part time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our Pastoral team and Assistant Principals, and ensuring that the maintenance of pupil records is accurate and timely. The role also involves providing outstanding professional support for pupils, students, and families; supporting attendance and punctuality and assisting with resolving queries and issues.

We are looking for someone who is flexible in approach, has the energy and initiative to thrive in a busy working environment, and is able to establish and develop good relationships with all involved in the School. Experience of working in a school as an administrator is desirable, alongside a willingness to be First Aid trained.
