Pastoral Administration Officer job summary
Icknield High School is a highly successful multi-cultural 11-16 Academy, situated in pleasant grounds on the northern outskirts of town. We are justifiably proud of our excellent results and believe that we offer both students and staff a caring environment in which they can succeed.
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and passionate individual to the post of Pastoral Administration Officer for the purpose of assisting the Pastoral Team with administrative tasks such as data input, student support and guidance, administration of behaviour data and daily routines.
The post holder will report to the Deputy Headteacher and work closely with the school community, it is imperative that the candidate be highly capable, a good team player and an effective communicator with a strong attention to detail
The post holder will –
- · Support the attendance officer with the attendance administration data
- · Maintain the Fixed Term Isolation room (FTI)
- · Support and assist students in managing their behaviour, and achieving their social and behavioural targets, both in and outside the classroom.
