Mildenhall College Academy is looking to appoint a Pastoral Administrator, who will provide administrative assistance to the SLT and Pastoral Team. You will act as point-of-contact for students accessing Pastoral services, their parents/carers, and external agencies related to these students.
About you:-
We are looking for a positive and committed individual who has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, has a pro-active approach and the ability to work independently, as well as the ability to relate well to visitors, staff and students. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a friendly team.
Previous experience of working in a busy office is essential. This role requires, a grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths, NVQ 3 or equivalent in an Administration related subject, IT qualification or equivalent experience and willingness to obtain a First Aid qualification.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a flexible and collegiate approach to working, and be a competent user of Microsoft Office. We welcome applications from ambitious candidates, keen to make a difference who have a genuine passion and belief in the potential of every student.
