Pastoral and Behaviour Manager job summary
THE ROLE

As Pastoral and Behaviour Manager you are expected to take responsibility for promoting a positive, caring environment which focuses upon and addresses the needs of each individual child or young person to ensure a level of pastoral care which displays a commitment to the philosophy of City Academy Norwich.
