What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a motivated individual who has a passion for supporting children and their families to join our Pastoral team. The successful candidate will provide a range of support to the children and families, removing barriers to learning so children can reach their full potential.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience of working with children and families
- Can build and maintain positive working relationships with both families, colleagues and external agencies
- Is a team player but is also able to work using their own initiative
- Is caring and has an empathic nature, demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Experience of coordinating Early Help Assessments
