• Working pattern: Part time: 28 hours a week, 4 days a week (Mon-Thurs), 8.30am - 4pm (half an hour lunch), term time only
• Contract type: Permanent
• Full-time equivalent salary: Between £30,559 and £ 32,654
• Actual salary: Between £19,390 and £20719 pro rata

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a motivated individual who has a passion for supporting children and their families to join our Pastoral team. The successful candidate will provide a range of support to the children and families, removing barriers to learning so children can reach their full potential.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience of working with children and families
• Can build and maintain positive working relationships with both families, colleagues and external agencies
• Is a team player but is also able to work using their own initiative
• Is caring and has an empathic nature, demonstrating excellent communication skills
• Experience of coordinating Early Help Assessments
