Pastoral and Progress Manager job summary

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Pastoral and Progress Manager. This role is pivotal in leading and managing student welfare, progress, and behaviour across a designated Year Group, including celebrating their successes and achievements.

Pastoral and Progress Managers at Broadland High Ormiston Academy lead and manage student welfare, progress, and behaviour including the celebration of success and achievements across a Year Group. Managers work alongside Heads of Year To support all students in ensuring they receive high quality pastoral care throughout their time at BHOA.

The role is based on working 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (school term time including development days)
