As part of our on-going development of a highly successful specialist college, we have a Pastoral Assistant vacancy to join our team of professional and dedicated people.The college is a very happy and positive working environment. The right candidate will have:• Level 2 qualification in English and Maths• The ability to use IT systems/Microsoft Office and to conduct analysis and produce reports• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion• Compassion and understanding to work with families with disabled children• The ability to create good relationships with students, staff, parents and external partners
