We are looking for:

We are looking for a calm, resilient, and proactive Pastoral Assistant to support the delivery of consistent and effective pastoral care and safeguarding across the school. The role involves working closely with the pastoral team to mentor students, support behaviour and attendance, and promote positive engagement during lessons and social times. The successful candidate will provide targeted pastoral support, contribute to intervention and reintegration processes, maintain accurate and confidential records, and work collaboratively with staff, families, and external professionals to ensure students feel safe, supported, and ready to learn. A strong commitment to safeguarding, professionalism, and positive relationships is essential.
