What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an ambitious and driven pastoral assistant who believes that building ‘excellence through habit’ is the key to supporting young people in achieving success in school and later life. You will have the highest expectations of all our scholars and believe that ‘letting them off is letting them down.’ At Isca Academy we believe that behaviour and culture are the foundation of all that we do and are looking for an individual that shares this vision
