Pastoral Coordinator
Salary: Grade F scp 17 to 23 - £24,608 to £27,436 per annum
(Full time equivalent salary: £28,770 to £32,076)
Full time – Term time plus 5 days
37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm and Friday 8am - 3.30pm (including an unpaid 30 minute lunch break).
The successful applicant will join the existing experienced and motivated Pastoral team. Our school is a welcoming and inclusive learning community, with our students at the heart of all that we do.
The position will involve providing pastoral support across a year group. Our young people need a positive role model who will motivate them, believe in their abilities, raise their aspirations and help them to see their potential whilst building their resilience and self-esteem.
This is an exciting time to join our school following our recent ‘Good’ Ofsted grading.
