We are seeking to appoint an energetic, passionate, and tenacious Pastoral Head of Year. The successful applicant will work with colleagues, students and parents/carers in partnership, sustaining and improving the quality of education provided. The Pastoral Head of Year have the responsibility to set high standards and high expectations in student behaviour, attendance, appearance and to celebrate success and achievements. They are a crucial point of contact between home and school and for students on a day-to-day basis.

- Numeracy and literacy skills equivalent to GCSE grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
