Pastoral Lead job summary
Folly View Primary School is looking for a Pastoral Lead to
join our dedicated and enthusiastic team. We are
passionate about the care and education of our young people and the support and
development of our staff. Applicants should be committed to championing the
needs of vulnerable pupils.
We are looking for a Pastoral Lead who can:
- Support vulnerable children to overcome barriers to learning.
- Support children with emotional regulation and self-esteem.
- Build positive relationships with all members of the school community.
- Maintain a calm influence and approach.
- Be flexible and responsive.
- Work under direction from teachers and leaders but also take initiative.
- Be highly motivated and committed.
- Work closely and empathetically with our families.
Folly View Primary School is part of the Faringdon Learning Trust, a nine school multi-academy trust, which was established on 1st April 2012. Faringdon Learning Trust offers an extensive programme of professional development for staff at all stages of their career.
