Astrea Academy Woodfields has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pastoral Leader to join our team!

The Pastoral Leader plays a key role in the welfare and progress of students within their allocated year group.

If you are motivated by contributing to a culture of constant improvement, and if you are seeking to improve outcomes for young people in a dynamic and growing Academy Trust, then we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, has experience working with 11-16 year olds with energy, enthusiasm and emotional resilience
