The role

Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm. Term time only

Required for September 2023

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Non-Teaching Pastoral Leader, to assist with the work of the behaviour and Pastoral team. You will be required to promote the highest standards of student behaviour and uniform standards across the academy. Focusing on behaviour management, wellbeing and communication with parents, you will be key in providing individual support to children and young people, working closely with teaching staff, tutors, welfare and outside agencies.

Ideal candidates will:

  • be committed and able to promote the values and ethos of the school
  • have excellent organisation and time management skills
  • demonstrate a commitment to raising standards
  • be able to communicate effectively with a range of audiences including students, teachers, parents and other professionals
