The Role:

We are looking to appoint a Pastoral Leader to join us as soon as possible. You will work with a range of people including students, parents, carers, Key Stage Directors, Form Tutors.

As part of the Pastoral team you will ensure students, in an assigned year group, are able to fully engage with their educational experience at Seahaven Academy by minimizing pastoral, social and medical barriers to achievement. You will work closely with the Key Stage Directors to create opportunities for rewards, student leadership and other Education with Character opportunities for the assigned year group.

Interviews may take place prior to the closing date, potentially week commencing the 12th December for suitable candidates and further interviews if needed during week commencing the 9th January 2023. We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if a suitable candidate is found.
