Pastoral Manager job summary
To manage the day to day running of the Pastoral care and support of students. Manage the curriculum delivery and the pastoral care of students directed to you by the Leadership Team/Deputy Headteacher. To formulate and analyse the Pastoral behaviour data and to advise senior and appropriate staff of behaviour, safeguarding and curriculum concerns as they arise. To formulate strategies for students with short/long term behavioural/social difficulties.
